Good evening, Wildcat Family! A shout-out goes to William Landaker for representing our district @ The Appalachian STEM Academy in Oakridge, TN. Liam was 1 of only 100 students selected from the Eastern United States to attend the camp. His project team came up with an innovative solution to increase funding for school resources in our region. #WErSTEM

Pictured below is our Mrs. Barker, who won a STEM training @ Yellowstone National Park this week. We want to thank all of our teachers for their dedication to excellence.

Have you ever thought about becoming a teacher? A recent study highlights a huge benefit: a much longer life on average. Female teachers live to an avg. age of 90 and male teachers to 88, 10 and 13 years longer than avg. respectively! https://level5financial.com/educator-pensions-educators-live-longer/

Good afternoon, Wildcat Family! We are blessed to have such great staff members. Even though it's summer, the WES staff is already thinking about the upcoming school year. A small group of us attended the annual Read Ohio Literacy Academy in Columbus the last few days to learn more about the Science of Reading. It was an inspiring experience.

A big shout-out goes to our 5th and 1st grade teams on collaborating on a Cardboard Home Building Challenge! 5th grade students used cardboard power tools, design thinking, and math to make the cardboard dream homes of 1st graders' imaginations.
