Good morning, Wildcat family! This week our KG and 1st grade students were treated to a special reading of the new children's book, "The Lonely Snowman: A Book About Kindness". The local author of the book, Stephanie Fobes, read the book to students and discussed the importance of kindness. This aligns well with our community values of respect and attitude. The book was illustrated by Kathy Allen-Bidwell. Thank you Mrs. Fobes!

Congratulations, Buckeyes! We love Ryan Day's quote after the game on overcoming adversity and persevering, "That's what life is all about. You're going to go through adversity along the way, and how you handle adversity is pretty much how you're going to be defined in life. And, these guys are learning life lessons now." Our ROAR community value for the 3rd quarter is "Attitude" - overcoming adversity, persevering, and being positive. For us to get to where we want to be by the end of the semester, we will need some of that Buckeye attitude. We miss our students and hope to be able to get started on Monday.
